"I found it interesting that I played on Monday [after the coaching] and was conscious of my shots and movement, attempting the third drop shot a few times. I am cognizant that I get caught up in the game and reactions, the video provided feedback to the movements as well as time and distance differences when hitting and defending a shot.   I’ve never done drills before and found ti beneficial to break down a skill and practice it.
