HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

1) Select the class you wish to book.  

2) Choose the date the class is scheduled.  In this example, Monday 3rd day of the month is available at a time of 12:00 and 14:00 (2 hours).  Class size and number of bookings still available will show next to the time in the bottom right.  This class has a maximum of 8 Students and currently has 8 bookings available.

3) Select the Time Box (It will highlight and change to a blue colour showing your selection:

4) You will see a Booking Form.  Please enter in your Name, Email Address and Telephone number.  Each client will be required to sign a Waiver ahead of the session.  A copy of this waiver can be found at: Pickleballtree Waiver Form 

A 30 MINUTE SESSION WILL START AND ALLOW YOU TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT.  THIS ALLOWS THE CLIENT TO RESERVE THE SLOT FOR 30 MINUTES AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED.  

Click on the mandatory Check Boxes showing * next to them to confirm you agree with the booking system and company cancellation policies.  You may also choose to   subscribe your email address for future company related communications.

NOTE: BOOKING CANNOT PROCEED UNTIL ALL MANDATORY FIELDS ARE FILLED OR SELECTED. 

5) You will see a confirmation screen showing that you will now be taken to a Payment Processing Merchant.  Pickleball Tree used Paypal Checkout to securely allow clients to pay using their Debit or Credit Card.

6) You will be presented with two options to make payment.  

A) If you are a Paypal Subscriber or Customer, you can use your Paypal Credentials to pay.

B) A Direct Debit or Credit Card button will appear to select the type of payment you wish to make securely through Paypal Checkout.

7) A Credit Card Form will appear.  

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT COUNTRY IN ORDER TO FILL OUT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.  In this example, Canada has been selected by the client.

8) Once you have filled out all the fields, you will be asked to select 2 check boxes:

A) Ship to billing address - CHECK THIS BOX

B) Confirm you are of legal age and agree to the Paypal Privacy Policy - CHECK THIS BOX (If you agree)

C) CLICK ON THE BLUE BUTTON SHOWING THE PAYMENT AMOUNT

IF PAYMENT IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING.  CONGRATULATIONS!

*SOME MOBILE INTERNET BROWSERS MAY NOT DISPLAY THE WEBSITE CORRECTLY.  PLEASE USE A REGULAR DESKTOP AND INTERNET BROWSER AS AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION.  PLEASE ALSO CLEAR ANY CACHE OR TEMPORARY BROWSER FILES IN YOUR SETTINGS AND TRY TO VIEW THE WEBSITE AGAIN.
